About Us

Starting with a sourdough bread obsession in 2020, Kurt’s Table now provides a range of naturally leavened sourdough breads, along with sweet pastries and other high quality baked goods to local communities throughout East London and Essex.

Everything is made by hand in our Romford micro-bakery. Our focus is on using the highest quality ingredients we can find – and sourcing these as local as possible.

Flour, water and salt – bringing real bread back to our community

We want to help our community take a step back from the mass produced bread and pastry found in the local supermarket, and move towards consuming real gut-healthy bread in a sustainable way.

Our bread is naturally leavened and fermented for over 24h. This process not only develops incredible flavour, but also allowed for it to be easily digested.

We also work with businesses in our local community to provide them with a local alternative to mass produced bread, pastries and sweet treats.

Our goal is to offer a range of freshly baked seasonal items for cafes and restaurants across East London and Essex.
